Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo (Sala de lo Contencioso)núm. 8509/2007 de 26/11/2007 por la que se resuelve el Recurso de Casación 1204/2004 confirmando la Sentencia de 21/11/2003 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del País Vasco (Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo) relativa a la vulneración del derecho a la intimidad del domicilio causada por los ruidos procedentes de la maquinaria de limpieza del servicio de limpieza del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao y por la que se fijó una indemnización a la persona afectada de 10.000 E.

Decision of the Supreme Court of Justice (administrative appeals) no. 8509/2007 of 26 November 2007, confirming court decision of the High Court of Pais Vasco (administrative appeals) of 11 November 2003 on the breach of the fundamental right to respect for his/her home caused by the noise produced by the machinery used by the municipal cleaning service of Bilbao Local Authority and that set a compensation for the affected citizen of 10,000 E.
