La Cour a ordonn\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re de se conformer aux dispositions de la 17e disposition compl\u00e9mentaire finale du r\u00e8glement d&#039;application de la loi-cadre sur le changement climatique (loi n\u00b0 30754), approuv\u00e9e par le d\u00e9cret supr\u00eame n\u00b0 013-2019-MINAM. La Cour a analys\u00e9 si la r\u00e9clamation du demandeur r\u00e9pondait aux exigences minimales pour une telle action et a conclu qu&#039;IDLADS cherchait \u00e0 faire ex\u00e9cuter un mandat qui \u00ab est en vigueur \u00bb, \u00ab est vrai et clair \u00bb, \u00ab n&#039;est pas sujet \u00e0 une controverse complexe ou \u00e0 une interpr\u00e9tation divergente \u00bb, et est \u00ab in\u00e9vitable et de conformit\u00e9 obligatoire \u00bb. <em>Identifiant. <\/em>\u00e0 la p. 6, \u00ab sixi\u00e8me \u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les dispositions pertinentes, que le d\u00e9fendeur n&#039;a pas respect\u00e9es, exigent que le minist\u00e8re de l&#039;Environnement \u00e9labore une proposition de r\u00e8glement permettant la typification et la sanction des actions li\u00e9es aux actes ou comportements punissables au titre de la capture ou de la s\u00e9questration du carbone forestier et de REDD+, dans le respect des garanties, \u00e0 soumettre aux autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes dans un d\u00e9lai de cent quatre-vingts jours (180) \u00e0 compter de l&#039;approbation du r\u00e8glement. <em>Identifiant.<\/em> p. 6, \u00ab septi\u00e8me \u00bb.
