Hugo est arriv\u00e9 ce week-end de Lima, au P\u00e9rou. Hugo est avocat et fondateur de <a href=\"https:\/\/dar.org.pe\/\">Droit, ambiance et ressources naturelles<\/a>\u00a0(Droit, Environnement &amp; Ressources Naturelles, DAR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ELAW collabore avec ses partenaires de DAR depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hugo est un d\u00e9fenseur novateur de la transparence dans le secteur forestier p\u00e9ruvien.
