Arte. 3(1). Se aplican excepciones a las bolsas de pan, bolsas de pl\u00e1stico para contenedores, bolsas de barrera, bolsas de pl\u00e1stico para basura y embalajes primarios. Arte. 3(2).<\/p>\n<p>La primera infracci\u00f3n resulta en la confiscaci\u00f3n. La segunda infracci\u00f3n o las siguientes dan lugar a una multa que no excede los 5.000 pulas o 30 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n, o ambas.
