El aprovechamiento de los \u00e1rboles en estos ecosistemas estar\u00e1 sujeto a normas especiales, las cuales deber\u00e1n ser elaboradas por el INAB en un plazo no mayor a un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta ley. Est\u00e1 prohibido el cambio de uso del suelo en estos ecosistemas. La restauraci\u00f3n de manglares estar\u00e1 respaldada por una ley de protecci\u00f3n especial).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/portal.inab.gob.gt\/images\/centro_descargas\/reglamentos\/Reglamento-Mangle%20.pdf\">Reglamento de mangle<\/a> (Reglamento sobre manglares) Art. 1 (La protecci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, restauraci\u00f3n y manejo sustentable del recurso forestal del ecosistema manglar es de inter\u00e9s nacional.)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ley Forestal Art. 35 Protecci\u00f3n de los manglares.
